In its first year as a two-day festival, FEDERAL FRENZY will begin on Friday, April 25, at 4:00 p.m. at Penguin City Brewing Company, located at 460 E. Federal Street, in Youngstown, OH. The event will feature performances by six musical acts on Friday, and 25 musical acts on Saturday. FEDERAL FRENZY is free and open to the public. Tickets are not required for entrance. With recent attendance exceeding 7,500 people, FEDERAL FRENZY has become a fundamental part of Youngstown’s community calendar and an amazing opportunity to connect with the people in our region.

It is coordinated by volunteer leaders within the African American community to unite, cultivate, foster, educate, and Highlight African American Entreprenuership, while celebrating the Black Experience Through Culinary Excellence
This unique event provides an opportunity to learn and experience diverse African American cultures, heritage and traditions through visual performance arts, cultural displays and demonstrations.
